The Concept of time
You start the game (normal app) at the age of 15 (or 16?)
Anyone living past their 50th birthday would be rare.
Average lifespan ~30 years

Two propositions.
2 RL weeks = 1 IG year
Means your character will be 30 in 30 RL weeks, or about 7 RL month
Will probably be dead (50 years ) after around 70 RL weeks, or about 1,3 RL years.
One RL year will consist of 36 years IG.

4 RL weeks = 1 IG year
Means your character will be 30 within 60 RL weeks, or 14 RL months, or about 1 year and 2 months
Will probably be dead (50 years ) after around 140 RL weeks, or about 2,5 RL years
One RL year will consist of 18 years IG.

This is the basic idea.

As a young lad you are in good physical health, but have yet to learn about the mysteries of the world. You are however curious, and a fast learner. Everything seems to stick to you.

You grow up, becoming an adult vikin, peak physicaly and becomes wiser. That first initial hunger and playfulness is however gone and certain things seem to take longer to learn. On the other side, your profession is your lifebread and you will continue to improve faster in it.

Then, once you reach you middle years, your physical strength seems to decline. You might not be the quick man you once was, but your years of experience have made you a wise and respected. Maybe your skill with the sword is no longer what it was, but you discover your tactical knowledge is superior.

Eventualy you will grow into an old man. The glory days are over, atleast when it comes to combat. You become increasingly weak and suspecitble to deseases. At first, the wast knowledge you carry is of great use, but eventualy as you grow realy old, memory starts to fail you.

Stat Cap increases per year depending on character age

hm... it needs some tweaking, but I think the idea is solid!
